Congratulations to our 2026 Legacy of Leadership Scholarship Winners!

The Local 162 scholarship committee has awarded four Legacy of Leadership Scholarships for the 2026 academic season. The students awarded exhibited academic excellence, community involvement, and a strong understanding of unions through their essays. Many of our winners received additional Teamster scholarships through Joint Council No. 37 and the International Brotherhood of Teamsters. Local 162 is proud to support these students as they begin their college career.
