Your Union dues provide the resources we need to negotiate strong contracts that provide better wages, working conditions, health care and retirement benefits, and job security for our members and their families.

Some of the Union activities that your Union dues support:

• Salaries for Officers and staff to handle the day to day affairs at the Union hall.
• Daily representation and contract enforcement in the grievance procedure.
